Sometimes as business owners we forget that people need us.

People have needs and you solve a problem. In fact, every single person you meet has a need. And every single person you meet can solve a problem for someone.

Your personal branding is not about trying to sell to everyone. You're just trying to figure out who needs you (or who you might need!) So, stop feeling like you're forcing yourself on people. They need you to solve a problem. And if you're not showing up to tell them how you can help, you are doing your ideal audience a disservice!

So here's your mental re-frame for today: "I am a problem solver for people who need me."

Now get out there and do good!
